Our Vision & Objectives
We are committed to building a strong, connected, and high-quality youth sector across the Wirral. Our vision is shaped by three core objectives:
1. To quality assure and standardise youth work practice across Wirral, ensuring that all young people experience safe, consistent, and impactful support.
2. To upskill professionals through access to learning and development opportunities, while also building clear pathways for those pursuing a career in youth work.
3. To scope the current youth offer in collaboration with young people and create opportunities for growth and innovation that reflect their needs and aspirations.
